The greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada city includes Langley which has a 35 year-old manufactured home on 2.5 acres that sold last month for $1.15 million and has been listed again for $1.8 million, according to what theprovince tells MHProNews.
The three-bedroom, two-bath home is located near a school and a park, and includes a workshop with plumbing and electricity, a three horse stable and a boat shed. The property is currently zoned for a single-family residence or a duplex, and rents for $2,000 a month. It was purchased Jan. 6 by Zhenyu Dai. It has a 2016 assessed value of $1,086,000.
Don McParland, managing broker for Homelife Benchmark Titus Realty in Surrey, which has the listing, said, “Other than saying that the market has gone up, I have nothing to say. There is no shortage of these increases, that’s for sure.” ##
