A modular senor-living community is being built in western New York state overlooking Keuka Lake, according to chronicle-expess.com. The 15 single-family, single level residences, comprised of three quadplexes and one triplex, will each include two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, kitchen and laundry appliances, front porch, single attached garage and a basement that can be finished for more living space. The smaller center units, at 1,776 square feet, will run $248,900 and the larger modular end units of 1,944 square feet will start at $263,900. MHProNews has learned the first quadplex is nearly completed and two of the units have sold. A community building will include a meeting room, kitchen, library and homeowners association.
