The National Modular Housing Council’s actual shipments report indicates that 3,543 new modular homes were shipped in the second quarter of 2014, down 7.7 percent from the same quarter in 2013.   Relative to Q2 2013, state shipment results for the second quarter of 2014 showed increases for 11 states and reductions in 23 states.
