KnoxNews reports Jerry Creel, formerly vice president of human resources and training for Clayton Homes’ retail division, has been promoted to vice president of human resources and talent at the manufactured housing company in Maryville, Tennessee. Carl Hill has been promoted to director of marketing and consumer insights, having previously served as a consumer insight analyst. Jim Stariha, formerly chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer of Southern Energy Homes, a Clayton subsidiary, has been promoted to vice president and controller of Clayton Homes Manufacturing.
