Stocks fluctuated throughout the day Wednesday with the Dow ending 43 points higher. The Manufactured Housing Composite Value ended up 5.5 percent. The biggest movers were Cavco Industries and Skyline Corporation, both ending the day with more than six percent added to their value. Cavco’s price crossed above its 15 day moving average by two and a half percent. Patrick Industries (PATK) hit a 52 week high today at $3.72 a share, but ended down 10 cents. Affiliated Managers Group closed at 97.55, +.36 or .37 percent, Berkshire Hathaway closed up at 118,240 adding $815.00 or .69 percent. Cavco Industries closed at $42.96, up $2.46 or 6.7 percent. Drew Industries arrived at $22.77, up .61 cents or 2.75 percent. Equity Lifestyle Properties closed at $63.75 adding .52 cents or .82 percent. Nobility Homes lost a modest one cents a share to close at $6.15. Sun Communities lost five cents a share to close at $34.52. Universal Forest Products gained more than two percent, closing at $29.99, up 73 cents. UMH Properties posted a decline of of 12 cents a share, closing at $9.26, down 1.28 percent. Walker & Dunlop gained 14 cents, closing at 11.97, up more than one percent.
