From Port Stephens, Australia and the Port Stephens Examiner, MHProNews.com has learned that the community of Anna Bay is set to have a 229 long-term site caravan park for manufactured homes. Local leaders recently approved the project, despite a staff recommendation to refuse it. In the first phase the community will incorporate 65 home sites, a community hall and recreational sites on 30.3 hectares of land. The second phase will add 117 home sites. According to the report, the agreement requires a wildlife corridor along the western boundary as well as buffers to the north and south to protect environmentally-sensitive areas.
