(5/2/14)- The Ohio Manufactured Homes Association Presents “THE SHOWCASE OF FACTORY BUILT HOMES”. The Eastern Ohio Home Show will feature 20 fully furnished and landscaped homes representing 14 factory built homebuilders. The Show also offers 50 indoor exhibitors including lenders, MH communities, retailers, home related service/suppliers and local businesses.
The MAPS Air Field Museum has graciously waived the $8 admission fee during Show days and will have military veterans on hand as guides for the numerous aircraft and museum exhibits. Exciting giveaways are scheduled from race track tickets, restaurant certificates to concert tickets and a free hotel stay, to name a few. There is no charge for the public to attend, free parking is also available. The Public will have the opportunity to purchase/order homes during the Show and pre-qualify for loans (consistent with state/federal lending regulations).

The Show will consist of an SPECIAL PREVIEW DAY open to those in the Manufactured/Modular industry, Local and State Officials and Community Leaders and local media followed by a three day Public Show.

NOTE: Licensed Dealers/Communities working manufacturer home display that do not have an exhibitor booth are charged a rate of $500 per company. The fee includes up to 5 persons per company who may work manufacturer home display as well as entry to seminars/industry day. Non Exhibiting Service/Suppliers/Installers will also be charged $95 to attend the industry day.
All must register and sign non-solicitation agreement as applicable.

Friday, May 16th from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (Industry Dealer Day and Local Leaders)
Friday, May 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Public Show)
Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Pubic Show)
Sunday, May 18th from Noon – 5:00 p.m. (Public Show)
