The position had been filled on an interim basis since its previous general manager, Bill Strunk, retired last year.
Walters has served as the western region sales manager since 2013. He has more than a decade of experience in the manufactured housing industry and 29 years of experience in the financial industry, including as a VP with Citigroup and in bank acquisitions at the FDIC.
