From Victoria News, MHProNews.com has learned that the Greater Victoria housing market improved at the end of 2011. The report says annual sales for single-family homes, town homes and manufactured homes increased in December. Carol Crabb, president of the Victoria Real Estate Board was quoted in the article saying the increase in sales may be the result of lower-priced single-family homes. Condo sales declined 15 percent in December. MLS sales last month included 183 single-family homes, 89 condominiums, 37 town homes and 11 manufactured homes.
