From BuffaloNews.com, MHProNews.com learns that the residents of the community of Marilla Country Village have purchased the community with help from the state. Reports indicate Marilla Country Village Inc. bought the 154-unit property from KDM Development Corp. of Rochester for $4.5 million. ROC USA LLC, a non-profit that specializes in helping resident corporations buy their communities, assisted with the transaction. KDM is a property management company specializing in manufactured home communities. The company manages 47 communities with 17 in New York State.
