There was little movement on Wall Street today as investors sat on the sidelines on uncertainty in Europe. The Yahoo Finance Manufactured Housing Composite was also little changed.
Losing ground Wednesday were Allied Management Group lost .17 cents (.16 percent) to $107.35. Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway lost $400 (.33 percent) to $119,475.00. Cavco lost .33 cents (.62 percent) to $53.19. Louisianna Pacific Corp. lost .22 cents (2.66 percent ) to $8.04. Nobility Homes lost .75 cents (11.11 percent making it the day’s biggest decliner) to $6.00. Third Avenue Value Fund lost .08 cents (.18 percent) to $45.54. Patrick Industries lost .63 cents (10.59 percent) to $5.32.
Gaining ground were Drew Industries, up .37 cents (1.39 percent) to $27.00. Equity Lifestyle Properties gained .34 (.50 percent) to $67.80. Skyline Corp. gained .3 cents (4.44 percent making it the day’s biggest advancer) to $7.06. Sun Communities gained .33 cents (.81 percent) to $40.96. Universal Forest Products gained .04 cents (.12 percent) to $33.73. UMH Properties gained .34 cents (3.18 percent) to $11.02. Walker Dunlop gained .05 cents (.41 percent) to $12.33.
Not gaining or losing share value Wednesday were Champion, Deer Valley and Palm Harbor Homes.
