A contractor for 20 years, Dale Jech is now certified to build modular homes in Rochester, Minnesota, another player helping to fill the need for housing in the oil fields of North Dakota. Creative Modular Concepts already has orders for 80 homes and anticipates the sixty-man crew will build 145 homes this year. Jech says most of the homes for the oil rush are currently coming from Indiana, although some come all the way from Florida, and he is only 500 miles away. Jech offers six modular home models in two to six bedroom sizes, stackables as well as some on wheels. As the PostBulletin tells MHProNews.com, the company can provide all the hookups upon delivery, and with some of the furnishings of the customers’ choice.
