Kevin Foss of Centennial says the company has been sending as many manufactured homes and modular homes as it can to the north. He expects business this year to increase 50 percent over last year, and that was their best year ever. Foss says Centennial’s ownership foresaw the explosive need and prepared for the demand, opening dealerships in North Dakota, and anticipate the possibility of the drilling moving south to western South Dakota.
