The Manufactured Housing Association for Regulatory Reform (MHARR) reports the Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (MHCC) Administering Organization (AO), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), has asked MHCC members to state their preference for a meeting date between Oct. 23 and 25, 2012, the first full meeting since Oct. 2011. MHCC’s activities had been suspended due to HUD’s non payment to the AO, going into the third month of inactivity, but since payments have been restored, MHARR notes a majority of members have indicated they will be able to attend within that time frame. As MHProNews has learned, MHARR will provide updates on preparations as they unfold.
