Costar.com, a real estate group, reports on its website that a company named American Park ’n Swap recently purchased the industrial building once housing operations of Fleetwood Homes located in Glendale, California for $4 million, or approximately $33 per square foot. Fleetwood Liquidating Trust disposed of the building. Cavco purchased Fleetwood Homes in August, 2009 after its parent filed for bankruptcy. The 120,000-square-foot manufacturing building sits on 19.5 acres.
