KOTARadio in Rapid City, South Dakota tells MHProNews the Legal and Finance Committee denied a proposed ordinance to allow modular homes into manufactured housing communities, without discussion. In limbo for a number of months, at a previous committee meeting members expressed concern the ordinance might allow manufactured housing into other neighborhoods. Those favoring the measure said it would bring higher quality homes into MHCs.
