Following a complaint by neighboring property owners that a manufactured home has been sited on a lot next to another home designated for one single-family home, the SapulpaHeraldOnline reports the Creek County Board of Commissioners in Oklahoma has authorized a letter be sent to the owner of the MH notifying them they have 30 days to bring the property into compliance. The neighborhood is comprised of site-built homes each on ten acres near Mannford, just west of Tulsa. Noting the manufactured home has been connected to local utilities, MHProNews has learned the next step if the property is not brought into compliance would be to turn the case over to the judiciary system to levy fines.
