DigitalJournal informs MHProNews Chicago-based Zeman Homes has  acquired the former Touhy Mobile Home Park in Des Plaines, Ill. and renamed it Blackhawk Estates. With over 30 communities in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, Zeman has added 496 homesites with this acquisition. Normally the company offers homes for rent and for sale, but in this community located 17 miles northwest of Chicago’s Loop, single and multi-section homes are for sale only, and range in price from $2,500 to $45,000. Neither the sale price nor the seller could be immediately determined.
