The Massachusetts Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) informs MHProNews a series of legislative amendments to the 2008 General Laws concerning manufactured housing is now before the Mass. Senate. In replacing particular sections of current laws, it defines the make-up of the manufactured housing commission, outlines the establishment of a Manufactured Housing Trust Fund, addresses the licensure of MHCs regarding water supply and sewage disposal, defines rules and regulations by which MHC owners must abide, and sets up a manufactured housing dispute resolution program.
