StreetInsider reports Universal Forest Products, Inc. has declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.20 a share, $0.4 annualized. Payable on June 15 , 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2013, the annual yield is 1.1 percent. As MHProNews reported April 18, net earnings for UFPI were up 25.7 percent Q1 2013 over the same period 2012. UFPI produces solid wood and wood products to the manufactured housing industry.
