The Coshocton City Council is trying to set standards on what type of structures may be allowed in the city, according to the coshoctontribune in Ohio. Service Director Jerry Stenner wants to follow the code adopted by the Ohio Revised Code, but also wants to exclude pre-HUD Code homes and manufactured homes except for siting in an existing community. Modular homes would be allowed under the new code. Currently no homes in the city would be in violation of the new rule. MHProNews has learned the question arose when someone asked abut placing a modular home inside city limits.
