The National Modular Housing Council (NMHC) reports for the first quarter of 2013 modular home shipments hit 2,913, up 3.9 percent from the same period 2012. Compared to the same period in 2012, shipments rose in 11 states, declined in ten states, and remained virtually unchanged in 13 states. By contrast, shipments of manufactured homes equaled 5,313 in April 2013, as MHProNews reported here June 3, 2013.
