MHProNews has learned from stpaulsreview that the St. Pauls (North Carolina) Planning Board is recommending the Board of Commissioners deny a conditional use request to site a multi-section manufactured home in town. While it is allowed, the commissioners must approve the permit. Since no one came to the meeting to defend the request, the board voted to deny it.
