Joe Kelly, executive vice-president of the Iowa Manufactured Housing Association (IAMHA), reminds MHProNews readers that Iowa law requires an annual report from each manufactured home community owner/manager that includes the names of all community home owners with their addresses. Filed with the county treasurer, the report is due each year by June 1, with a grace period until the month’s end. If any changes occur by Dec. 1 they must also be reported, otherwise no report is due. In addition, the county treasurer must be notified on a monthly basis if any homes are moved out of or into the community.
