Counting Forest City Ratner’s Atlantic Yards project and Garrison’s three-story, three unit emergency modular housing prototype sited next to the Office of Emergency Management in Brooklyn, as MHProNews reported May 22, 2013, New York has 17 modular projects currently underway.
