Pine Grove Homes of Pennsylvania was the sole bidder on a two-bedroom modular structure to house emergency medical service personnel to be sited next to a fire station in Boston. The contract for the $49,963 project, awarded last week by selectmen, will be fulfilled by the end of October, 2013, as boston.com informs MHProNews. The 1,045 square foot unit will have two baths, a sitting area and an office.
