M SPACE Holdings LLC formed in 2001 to provide emergency modular housing for catastrophic events, but has since branched into building up-scale and workforce modular housing, especially in the Williston Bakken oil and gas development in North Dakota. The company currently has seven developments located across six different locations, and in Watford City, ND is building 200 modular townhomes and 200 single-family homes as permanent residences. In addition to a 5,500 square foot modular classroom complex for Williams County schools, M SPACE now acquires and develops land for homes. As the bakken.com informs MHProNews, the company is completing an energy park that will include commercial and light industrial buildings.
