The Nasdaq moved up +0.33 percent, +13.23 points, to end the week at 3,985.97, while the S&P gained 7.56 points, +0.42 percent, to close at 1,798.18. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite advanced 7.66 percent to close at 655.7. Most of the housing stocks we track in today’s trading closed up or even. Nobility Homes spiked +5.41 percent, +0.50 to end the week at 9.75. UMH Properties nudged down -0.16 points, -1.67 percent, to end the day at 9.44. Affiliated Managers Group 201.65 -0.30 (-0.48%). Cavco Industries 60.03 +1.69 (+2.88%). Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway 174,330 +1,010.00 (+0.59%). Deer Valley remained unchanged at 0.65. Drew Industries 52.61 +0.68 (+1.31%). Equity LifeStyle Properties 36.79 +0.04 (+0.11%). Liberty Homes remained unchanged at 1.01. Louisiana Pacific Corp. remained unchanged at 16.35. Nobility Homes 9.75 +0.50 (+5.41%). Patrick Industries 30.92 +0.40 (+1.31%). Skyline Corp. 40.97 +0.115 (+2.37%).
