The Magnolia (Arkansas) Planning Commission will deal with the placement of several manufactured homes at its next meeting on Mon., Jan. 20, 2014. As magnoliareporter.com informs MHProNews, Aaron Thomas and Shari Palmucci have each requested a variance to site a manufactured home in an R2 zone (single-family homes and duplexes). Darrell Rogers wants a variance to site two manufactured homes on one lot in an I2 zone (restricted industrial).
