Wed. night, Jan. 22 the Town Council in Derry, New Hampshire will discuss a grant proposal for water system improvements for the Centennial Estates Manufactured Housing Cooperative. The public hearing is one of three that will be held to discuss the proposal for the 57 site manufactured housing community (MHC), as unionleader.com informs MHProNews.com. The Community Development Block Grant application to the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority is for up to $500,000 to finance the project.
