Following a story MHProNews.com published Feb. 18, 2014 regarding legislation in the Virginia House of Delegates that would streamline the titling of manufactured homes, the Virginia Manufactured and Modular Housing Association (VAMMHA) informs us the legislation has passed the General Assembly and awaits Governor Terry McAuliffe’s signature. Introduced by Senator John Cosgrove (R-Chesapeake), SB356 would allow for the re-titling of homes severed from real property. For a copy of the measure, please click here. ##
