The Anderson, Indiana City Council will consider a voluntary request for annexation from PAC Development LLC, which has agreed to extend water and sewer lines to the 66-acre parcel at its own expense. According to heraldbulletin.com, five acres of the land have been sold with an option to buy additional acreage. Nine neighbors expressed concern that a manufactured housing community was to be developed, but a PAC investor and a city development official both denied that assertion. The council will make its final decision at the May council meeting, as MHProNews has learned. ##
