Manufactured home component supplier Drew Industries, Inc. (DW) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI) has acquired Duncan Systems, Inc., also of Elkhart, Indiana, and a supplier of aftermarket truck and recreational vehicle (RV) glass windows and awnings for $18 million. Duncan’s estimated sales as of July 2014 for the previous year were $26 million. Drew sells over $350 million annually in aftermarket merchandise, according to marketwatch.com.
