Jon Johnson is a senior service technician who has years of experience with a number of property management firms in the multi-family housing industry. Inspector Tim Bunch has inspected literally thousands of houses over the years, including new construction, existing resales and manufactured homes. These two distinct video interviews each reveals a common thread.

That common point is that both experts point to the quality and appeal of modern manufactured housing.  Bunch has the distinction of being the president of his state’s housing inspector association, so what he says as an independent on the subject of comparing manufactured homes to site built housing ought to be of keen interest to public officials.
