As the boundaries between working life and leisure life begin to fade, this 290 square foot micro apartment offers a home as well as a home office, according to jetsongreen. The Zoku Loft, co-founded by Hans Meyer, offers a living area, bathroom, small kitchen, a recessed area off the hallway for an office, and a loft bedroom behind a screen accessed by a retractable stairway.
The dining table seats four, is suitable for eating, a business meeting or relaxing, and the office is an alcove down the hall across from the bathroom. Intended to be rented out, MHPronews has learned the creators intend to open the first Zoku Hotel in Amsterdam by year’s end, before expanding to other parts of the world. ##
