The Texas Manufactured Housing Association tells MHProNews titles for both new and used manufactured homes fell in April from the previous month as well as from April 2014. For May, preliminary results indicate both shipments and processed titles have slipped for the month. However, with most of the state receiving eight plus inches of rain in May, it is hoped June will show a strong rebound. Final numbers for May will not be available until 75 days out to allow for final submissions.
