Coachman’s Cove manufactured home community (MHC) in Munith, Michigan was sold at auction July 24 by Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, according to rejournals. Consisting of 213 single section home sites and 33 sites for multi-section, Coachman is located 30 minutes from Ann Arbor on Big Portage Lake next to Waterloo Recreational Center and features hiking, hunting, fishing, golf and a clubhouse and nearby marina with free boat storage.

Barry Swatsenbarg and Rich Deptula of Friedman represented the seller in this transaction. MHProNews contacted Friedman to determine the new and previous owners as well as the selling price and possible intent of the buyer, but the query went unanswered. However, a website search revealed First Holding Management Company LLC of Bloomfield, Michigan as the property owner, likely the seller in this transaction. First Holding also owns Key Heights MHC, a 286-home site community in Lowell, Michigan. ##
