The Dow Jones Industrial Average, slipped -0.07 percent in a significant change from it previous fall and recovery, -11.76 points, to end the day at 16,643.01.
The NASDAQ edged up +0.32 percent, changing most of all three indices, +15.62 points to close at 4,828.33.
The S&P 500 nudged up +0.06 percent, +1.21 points, to finish at 1,988.87.
