There are four steps in the process: structure production in the factory, inside and outside furnishings and features, transportation and assembly. The home includes doors, electricity, external facade, flooring, furnishings, insulation, water facilities and windows.
There are a number of optional add-ons—large glass walls can be constructed at either, or both, ends of the home. Solar panels, window frames, different kitchen appliances and external cladding can kick up the price, as can larger windows. Plus, modules can be combined for a larger house. ##
