The Dow moved up to its highest level since 2008, gaining 95.59 points, to close at 12,690.96.  Housing stocks closed mixed or even.  Nobility Homes gained 1.76 percent, Sun Communities was up 0.42 percent, Equity Lifestyle gained 0.30 percent, Palm Harbor lost .25 percent, and Skyline Corporation was down .05 percent.  Cavco and Deer Valley remained flat.  The Manufactured Housing Composite moved up .02 percent to close at 1234.40.
