The Dow rose 72.35 points to close at 12,763.31 as investors ignored mixed earnings reports and disappointing economic news.  Housing stocks closed mixed, with Sun Communities gaining 2.18 percent, Nobility Homes moved up 1.69 percent and Equity Lifestyle Properties gained .35 percent.  Palm Harbor lost 3.33 percent, Skyline Corporation moved down 1.61 percent, and Cavco lost .15 percent.  The Manufactured Housing Composite lost .48 percent to close at 1228.50.
