The Dow dropped 139.41 points to end the day at 12,584.17 as worries of unemployment caused sell-off.  Housing stocks ended the day mixed.  Morgan Stanley Consumer Index gained 2.35 percent, Equity Lifestyle Properties was up .34 percent, United Mobile Homes gained .20 percent and Sun Communities was up .18 percent.  Meanwhile, Cavco lost 3.23 percent, Skyline Corporation dropped .79 percent, and Nobility Homes fell .12 percent.  Deer Valley was flat.  The Manufactured Housing Composite lost 2.12 percent.
