Following up on an article we published May 4, The Huntsville Item says the Huntsville City Council will hold its third hearing prohibiting the placement of factory-built homes built before June 1976 (a.k.a., pre-HUD Code) inside the city limits of this east central Texas town.  The proposed ordinance also would grandfather in existing homes, allow them to move to other parts of the city and require them to have skirting.
