EIN Presswire reports that ATCO Structures and Logistics (ATCO) has been chosen to provide 800 modular housing units for the Queensland Curtis Liquefied Natural Gas (QCLNG) Project to be built on Curtis Island, Queensland, in Australia. ATCO was chosen by the engineering giant, Bechtel Corporation, to provide the temporary accommodations for the 1,700 workers constructing the LNG processing plant. The modular units will be constructed at ATCO’s Brisbane plant and transported to the work site for assembly. The facilities will meet the strict environmental standards established by Queensland Curtis and will include comfortable quarters as well as recreational amenities. ATCO operates on five continents delivering temporary and permanent workforce modular housing worldwide, often to remote locations.
