The Dow ended three days down, gaining 80.6 points as tech shares and energy stocks bolstered trading, ending the day at 12,560.18. Most housing stocks also closed up. MSCI gained 2.29 percent, Cavco was up 2.27, Palm Harbor Homes moved up 2.17 percent, Skyline Corporation added 2.11 percent, Sun Communities gained .70 percent and ELS moved up .67 percent. Nobility Homes closed even, and Deer Valley lost 10.00 percent. The Manufactured Housing Composite gained 1.69 percent to close at 1099.20.
