The Dow gained 109.63 points as technology stocks advanced, to close at 12,190.01, and most housing stocks spiked upward for a second day in a row.  The Manufactured Housing Composite gained 6.60 percent to close at 1026.60.  Cavco gained 9.24 percent, Skyline Corporation rose 3.49 percent, MSCI was up 1.95 percent, ELS gained .70 percent, Sun Communities was up .58 percent, and Nobility Homes added .13 percent.  Palm Harbor Homes and Deer Valley were flat.
