It’s been a busy week for President Donald Trump. And, even though it appears he’s under attack, he’s not showing any signs of backing down.
“It’s SABOTAGE,” said President Trump in a White House press release to MHProNews.
“The fake news media is working hand-in-hand with Washington’s corrupt bureaucracy to try to slow and block our America First Agenda.”
The fallout from President Trump’s firing of FBI Director James Comey on May 10th, followed by accusations of discussing classified information in a meeting with Russian officials, has caused an already a bubbling cauldron to begin boiling over.
The plan? Impeachment.
Beginning with Rep. Al Green (D-TX) on Wednesday, Democrats, and apparent allies in the media, are seeking to impeach President Trump.
And overturn a valid election.
“I rise today…to call for the impeachment of the President for obstruction of justice,” said Green.
“We are talking about a president who fired the FBI director who was investigating the president for his connections to Russian involvement in the president’s election.”
While other Democrats, including Senator Nancy Pelosi (CA) have tried to scale back impeachment talk, the message has been made clear to operatives and is being echoed.
According to the Drudge Report, Democrats are not alone – some in the GOP would be pleased to see President Trump sidelined, along with the Drain the Swamp and America First agendas that led to his election.
“The special interests know they can only win when you, the American people, lose,” said Trump in the release to MHProNews.
“But we’re fighting to break the special interest stranglehold around our country that has silenced our citizens, stripped our nation of its wealth, and bled America dry.”
Is There Any “There” There? Pundits, Professionals Speak
On CNBC earlier this week, former General Electric CEO Jack Welch spoke about the situation. As usual, he didn’t mince words.
“An impeachment proceeding would blow the market away,” said Welch.
Speaking on Comey, Welch believes that Trump had a learning experience.
“The firing of James Comey as FBI director was a rookie mistake. You don’t make any friends doing it the way [Trump] did it,” said Welch.
“I think without question we have a guy that’s on the right agenda with crappy management practices. I give him a D minus on his management skills.”
For famed attorney Alan Dershowitz, a Democrat, he doesn’t see any “there” there.
“I don’t like trying to make crimes out of political disagreements, and that’s what’s going on here,” said Dershowitz on Newsmax TV.
“The president lawfully fired Comey whether you agree with him or not. How do you turn that into a crime? By looking into his mind? By trying to explore what his motives were? That’s just not the way the criminal justice system should operate.”
Might the case be a matter of what Dr Keith Ablow, a FOX News contributor, mentioned a few months ago as “political and media chess?” Much like the epic Ali-Foreman “Rope a Dope,” could President Trump be zigging, while everyone else is zagging?
Former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan sees an even more sinister motive.
“The Deep State Wants to Overturn the Election,” said Buchanan on FOX Businesses’ Varney and Company.
“Trump is very courageous. The guy was just pounded. Worse even than Nixon, worse than Reagan, and he kept coming back, day, after day, after day. Whatever you say about Trump he’s got grit.”
Buchanan also put the Comey firing into perspective.
“It’s not the firing of Douglas McArthur by Harry Truman. It’s James Comey.”
The Manufactured Housing Industry Speaks

“If this industry, by the time he’s done 4 years, or hopefully 8 years, if this industry does not advance the way it should, the way it must in Washington, I hate to say this, the industry has dropped the ball.”
“Manufactured housing is the private sector solution to affordable housing, without costing government subsidies. And we can supply that need,” said Weiss.
“We just need to be unshackled from excessive regulations, in order to pursue our full potential.”
