The Dow registered its largest gain of the year, spiking 201.26 points on news of a pending agreement between President Obama and lawmakers on the debt ceiling. The Dow ended the day at 12,587.42, while the Manufactured Housing Composite gained 4.14 percent to end the day at 1095.30. Skyline Corporation moved up 6.30 percent, Cavco gained 4.39 percent, Drew Industries moved up 4.03 percent, MSCI was up 2.47 percent, Sun Communities increased 2.35 percent, Berkshire Hathaway gained 1.48 percent, and ELS was up .72 percent. Nobility Homes fell 5.31 percent. Palm Harbor Homes and Deer Valley were both flat.
