Warren Buffett’s views on investing in REITs and Real Estate.  This opens with a discussion on large vs. small caps, to which Buffett states, that the only thing that matters to us is do we understand the business, do we like the people running it and does it sell for a price that is attractive.  It should be noted that Buffett – after purchasing Clayton Homes – spun off the firm’s manufactured housing community holdings.
