As MHProNews has learned from theatlanticcities, each of the modules is 14 feet wide X 35 feet long and 10 feet high, and include floors, electricity, plumbing, walls, kitchens and bathrooms, the basis for the 363 apartments. The strong construction unions in New York City initially opposed the project because it requires fewer workers than a comparable site-built building, but then agreed to accept union wages for the workers building the modules inside the plant.
